- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 soup cans water
Directions

1Mix everything together, except soup and water.

2Make balls at least 2 inches in diameter.

3Place in baking dish.

4Pour soup and water over it.

5Bake, covered, at 350° for one and one-half hours. Serves 4 to 6 people.
