  • 2 to 3 lb. pork, cut in small chunks
  • 8 to 10 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce or salt to taste
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
