  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
