- 1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 piece celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with oil.

2Add celery, onion and green pepper.

3Saute until tender.

4Remove vegetables to small bowl.

5Add more butter to skillet, if needed. Add pork cubes, cooking until pink color is gone.

6Do not cook very brown.

7Remove meat.
