Pork And Spinach Pie

- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Place pie shell on baking sheet.

2Bake at 400° for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325°.

3Spread cheese on bottom of shell and set aside.

4In a skillet, brown sausage; drain off fat.

5Stir in stuffing mix and spinach; spoon over cheese.

6Beat together eggs and milk and pour over sausage in pie shell.

7Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

8Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
