- 2 1/2 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- dash of salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Bake shoulders 40 minutes per pound or until tender.

3Remove all fat.

4Shred or dice meat.

5Add meat to remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
