  • 2 carrots , cubed
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 kg pork, slightly thin-sliced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

    Boil the pork meat for 15-20 minutes to tender.

    Set aside

    Saute onions and garlic, then add carrots and potatoes.

    Saute for around 3 minutes

    Add the boiled pork and saute, then add bell pepper

    Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and sugar.

    Simmer and stir it for few times within 20 minutes.
