- 4 medium size squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 small to medium onion
- grated Parmesan
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Dice onion and saute in butter until transparent.

2Add sliced squash and continue to saute.

3When squash is slightly brown and limp, remove from heat.

4Serve with generous amounts of Parmesan cheese on top.
