Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops (salt and pepper, floured and browned)
  • 1 small or medium onion, sauteed in skillet
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Brown chops and remove from skillet.

    Add chopped onion and saute.
  3. 3
    Add all the other ingredients to onions in skillet, except pork chops.

    Pour into casserole dish and place browned pork chops on top.
  5. 5
    Cover and bake until rice is done at 350° for 45 minutes.
