- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- oil
- corn tortillas
- Cheddar cheese (grated)
- flour
- small can tomato sauce
- chili powder
- water
Directions

1Fry hamburger and onion until done.

2Drain.

3Season to taste. Set aside.

4Fry tortillas in oil until flimsy.

5Spoon hamburger and small amount of cheese in the tortilla.

6Roll up and place side by side in a large casserole dish.

7For sauce, take some flour, salt, pepper and chili powder.

8Mix together.

9Add water and tomato sauce.

10This is an experimental process because it all depends on how large of a pan you are making.

11The sauce needs to be thin enough and yet thick enough to have texture.

12Pour over rolled-up enchiladas and top with cheese.

13Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes, until all cheese is melted.
