  • 12 pork chops
  • 5 lb. potatoes, peeled, sliced and boiled
  • 1 small bag baby carrots, cooked
  • 1 lb. frozen broccoli
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 2 onions, sliced thin
  • 1 onion soup mix
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    To large casserole dish, add cooked potatoes, cooked carrots and frozen broccoli.

    Cover with margarine, parsley and onions. Top this with pork chops.

    Pour onion soup mix and water over pork chops.

    Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 400°.
