Pork Chop 'N Stuffing

- vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops
- 3 c. soft bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet.

2Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.

3Place chops in a shallow baking dish.

4Lightly mix together the next 5 ingredients.

5Place a mound of stuffing mixture on each chop.

6Stir together soup and water; pour over chops.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Yield: 4 servings.
