- 5 thick pork chops
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 3 onions
Directions

1Fry chops brown, not well done.

2Place in bottom of casserole. On each chop, place one slice of onion, one slice of tomato, one ring of green pepper and 2 tablespoons rice in green pepper ring. Season to taste.

3Pour 1/2 cup water into casserole.

4Cover and cook at 350° for 40 minutes.
