- 5 pork chops (1 to 1 1/2-inches thick)
- cracker meal
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese (optional)
Directions

1Dip chops in egg and roll in meal.

2Brown and place separately in casserole dish.

3Pour onion and mushroom soup over chops. Sprinkle with sharp cheese.

4Bake at 250° for 1 hour or until tender.

5May be prepared at the last moment and refrigerated until ready to bake.
