  • 3 qt. popped corn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Mix butter, syrup, brown sugar and salt together; boil 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add baking soda.

    Pour over popped corn and mix well.

    Pour corn in large shallow pan and bake 45 minutes at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.
