  • 6 pork chops
  • lemon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • water

Directions

    Cover each pork chop with a slice of lemon.

    Put brown sugar on top of lemons.

    Put ketchup on top of brown sugar.
  4. 4
    Put 1/2-inch or so water on bottom of pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°. Make gravy with milk and flour and juices from pan.
