  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 4 slices (thick) onion
  • 4 slices green pepper
  • 4 thick slices tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 1/4 c. beef bouillon
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Brown chops on both sides.

    Arrange in buttered casserole dish.

    Place 1 tablespoon of dry rice on each pork chop, then slice of onion, green pepper and tomato.

    Pour bouillon over all. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cover; bake about 50 minutes in 350° oven.
