- 4 thick pork chops
- 4 slices (thick) onion
- 4 slices green pepper
- 4 thick slices tomatoes
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 2 1/4 c. beef bouillon
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown chops on both sides.

2Arrange in buttered casserole dish.

3Place 1 tablespoon of dry rice on each pork chop, then slice of onion, green pepper and tomato.

4Pour bouillon over all. Season with salt and pepper.

5Cover; bake about 50 minutes in 350° oven.
