  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 C. water
  • 1/2 pkg. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 T. quick cooking tapioca
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. instant beef bullion granules or 1 cube, softened
  • 3/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, or 1 mashed

Directions

    In a 4 qt. Crockery cooker, place onion and pork chops.. In a bowl combine soup, water, mushrooms, tapioca, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon granules, thyme, and garlic. Pour over chops. Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 4 1/2 hours.
