Pork Chops Cacciatore

- 4 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 3 oz. can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- cooked spaghetti
Directions

1Brown chops in oil over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning once; remove chops.

2Cook onion and garlic in pan drippings, 2 to 3 minutes; drain fat if necessary.

3Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and liquid, Parmesan cheese and basil; stir well.

4Return chops to pan.

5Cover and reduce heat.

6Simmer 15 to 25 minutes or until pork chops are tender, stir occasionally.

7Serve over spaghetti.
