- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 6 pork chops
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cans onion soup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
Directions

1In large skillet, heat oil.

2Add chops, three at a time.

3Brown well on both sides.

4Remove and set aside.

5Add green pepper. Saute 3 minutes.

6Remove and set aside.

7Stir in flour; cook and stir for 1 minute.

8Blend in next 4 ingredients.

9Bring to boiling point.

10Return chops to skillet; spoon sauce over chops.

11Cover and simmer until chops are tender, about 1 hour.

12Stir in tomatoes and sauteed green pepper.

13Cover and simmer 5 minutes longer.

14Serves 6.
