Pork Chops Supreme

Ingredients
- 4 to 5 pork chops
- 1 large white onion, diced
- 1/2 head cabbage, sliced in strips
- 1 can milk, filled from the can of soup
- 6 potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Brown pork chops in skillet; remove from pan.

2In skillet, saute onion and celery until slightly tender.

3Add soup and milk. In large casserole, layer potatoes, cabbage, flour (sprinkled) and some of soup mixture.

4Repeat process until all ingredients are used.

5Place pork chops on top of casserole.

6Bake, covered at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are done.
