Pork Chops With Orange Rice

- 4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 cup orange juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken with rice soup, undiluted
Directions

1In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil.

2Sprinkle rice into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.

3Add juice; arrange chops over rice.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Pour soup over chops.

6Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

7Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear and rice is tender.
