- 3 c. rice, cooked
- 4 pork steaks
- 1 bottle (10 oz.) low salt soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 bag frozen peas
Directions

1Cook rice according to package.

2In large skillet, put pork steak, thinly sliced with fat removed.

3Add crushed garlic and cook until done.

4Pour bottle of soy sauce over pork slices and simmer. Cook frozen peas according to package.

5Combine rice, pork steak mix, peas and water chestnuts, sliced and drained.

6In skillet or large pot, cook on low heat until mixture is hot.

7May substitute any ingredients or add anything, like corn or other vegetables. Easily reheated.
