- 1 lb. baked ham, pork or chicken
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. Accent
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. cooked long grain rice
- 4 green onions, sliced
Directions

1Cut meat into strips, then dice.

2Coat skillet or wok with oil; heat and break in eggs.

3When partly cooked, stir in seasoning.

4Add meat, soy sauce, rice, water chestnuts and celery. Stir together and continue cooking until rice barely begins to brown.

5Add cut onions, including green tops in slices.

6Stir into rice and serve.
