  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 18 oz. 1/2-inch cubes pork
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • little black pepper
