- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 6 pork sirloin cutlets (each about 1/4-inch thick)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In skillet on medium-high heat and in salad oil, cook cutlets until browned on all sides, turning once.

2Place cutlets in buns and keep warm.

3Heat to medium the drippings in skillet; stir in catsup, molasses and lemon juice.

4Heat to boiling, stirring.

5Add salt and pepper to fried cutlets.

6Spoon sauce over meat in each bun.
