  • 8 long nasube (eggplants), sliced and soaked in water for 10 minutes
  • 1 tray pork slices
  • garlic
  • Japanese mushrooms, soaked in water (use water for cooking)
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 chili pepper
  • shoyu to your taste
  • 1 round onion, sliced

    Fry

    in oil.

    When done, place on paper towels. Cook pork

    in oil with crushed garlic.

    Add mushrooms, sugar, chili pepper, water and shoyu.

    Simmer for a few minutes, then add the nasube and round onion.
