- 6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- hot cooked noodles
Directions

1In hot oil, brown pork chops and onion for about 10 minutes. Spoon off fat.

2Stir in soup, apple juice, celery and thyme. Reduce heat to low.

3Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles. Serves 6.
