- 1/2 1/2 lb beef or 1/2 lb chicken
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 oz (optional)
- 1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°F.

2Warm the left over meat with barbecue sauce, vinegar, garlic,and onions cooking over the stove until the sauce reduces.

3Once reduced, stir in the cheese.

4Unroll dough and make Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles, then cut those rectangles into 8 squares making sure to seal the perforations in the dough.

5Place about 2 rounded tablespoons ground beef mixture on center of each square. Fold dough over filling, bringing the pointed edges to the center.

6Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

8Remove from cookie sheet and serve immediately.
