  • 3/4 c. raw rice
  • 2 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large can seasoned tomato juice

    Cook rice; cool. Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except tomato juice. Form into 12 patties and place in greased pan. Pour tomato juice over patties. Bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes more. Tomato juice will be absorbed.
