  • 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine

Directions

    Pound pork tenderloin slices until 1/4-inch thick.

    Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Coat pork with flour, dip in egg and water mixture and then crumb mixture.

    Cook a few pieces of pork, turning once.

    Cook about 12 minutes.

    Repeat for remaining pork.
