- 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 6 pieces
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Directions

1Pound pork tenderloin slices until 1/4-inch thick.

2Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3Coat pork with flour, dip in egg and water mixture and then crumb mixture.

4Cook a few pieces of pork, turning once.

5Cook about 12 minutes.

6Repeat for remaining pork.
