- 3/4 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 each garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon capers drained , optional
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions

1Slice pork into 3/4 inch slices; pound to 1/4 inch thickness.

2Spread pork generously w/ 1/4 cup salad dressing.

3Combine crumbs and cheese.

4Coat pork w/ crumb mixture.

5Melt margarine.

6Add garlic; cook until tender.

7Reduce heat.

8Add pork; cook until meat is no longer pink.

9Combine remaining salad dressing, milk, capers andamp; juice; mix well.

10Serve with pork.
