  • 4tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 C flour
  • Filling Ingredients
  • 2 c chopped dates
  • 1 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 c water
  • lemon juice to taste

Press small amount into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form a tart shell.(Don't make the bottom too thick) Bake at 350-375 until light brown. Cool slightly before removing from tins.","3":"Filling","4":"Simmer all filling ingredients until dates are soft. Stir occassionally. Add lemon juice to taste. Fill tart shells with filling. When cool, ice with a butter icing."}
