- 1/3 cup Paprika
- 3 tbsp Dry Mustard
- 3 tbsp Onion Powder
- 3 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Basil Leaves
- 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (more or less depending on heat level desired)
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Remove silver skin from the ribs.

3Coat ribs heavily and massage into the meat (should be enough for 3 slabs or about 1 1/4 cups).

4Let ribs rest for atleast 2 hours or overnight.

5Cook/smoke ribs as desired.

6Extra rub can be stored in an airtight container.
