  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. wet or dry mustard
  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork roast

    Trim off excess fat.

    Place meat in a shallow roasting pan, fat side up.

    Roast, uncovered, in oven for 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 hours or until the meat thermometer registers 170°.
