- 1/4 tsp. wet or dry mustard
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork roast
Directions

5Place meat in a shallow roasting pan, fat side up.

6Roast, uncovered, in oven for 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 hours or until the meat thermometer registers 170°.
