- 3 to 4 lb. boneless pork roast
- 1 apple, peeled and cut up
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. sauerkraut, drained
- 1 onion, cut up
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter slices
- 2 bay leaves (discard after cooking)
- 1 can Campbell's French onion soup
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Place meat in roasting pan; place apples around meat.

2Pour drained sauerkraut over and around meat.

3Sprinkle brown sugar on top and sprinkle onions over and around.

4Put pats of butter on and around.

5Add the 2 bay leaves.

6Put the can of onion soup over and around and sprinkle the caraway over all.

7Preheat oven to 350°.

8Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat is no longer pink. Turn oven off while putting rest of dinner out, then remove from oven.

9Remove bay leaf.

10Slice and serve.
