  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned, cooked and diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • lasagna noodles
  • 1 large container cottage cheese or Ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together cottage cheese, soups and egg.

    Begin with 1 layer of noodles and place diced chicken on top.

    Add soup mixture, then cheese.

    Repeat layer.

    Add 1/2 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
