- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned, cooked and diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- lasagna noodles
- 1 large container cottage cheese or Ricotta
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix together cottage cheese, soups and egg.

2Begin with 1 layer of noodles and place diced chicken on top.

3Add soup mixture, then cheese.

4Repeat layer.

5Add 1/2 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
