- 1 pork roast (4 to 6 lb. size)
- 2 onions, quartered
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, sprinkled over meat 1 hour before cooking
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Mix all other ingredients with enough water to cover; let stand at least 4 hours.

2I put the marinade in a deep bowl in the fridge overnight, then put all in crock-pot and put on low and cook until done.

3Parboiled potatoes added to crock-pot and cooked in marinade are good.
