- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. apple jelly
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- pork roast
Directions

1Rub first 3 ingredients on roast.

2Place on rack in shallow pan, fat side up.

3Roast for 2 hours at 350°.

4Combine jelly, catsup, vinegar and chili powder; bring to boil.

5Reduce heat; simmer for 2 minutes.

6Fifteen minutes before roast is done, brush with some of the jelly mixture.

7Return to oven for 15 minutes. After roast is done, mix 1/2 cup of drippings with jelly mixture. Reheat and use as gravy.
