- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 2/3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup frozen peas

1In large skillet, brown rice in oil, stirring constantly.

4Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
