- 4 lb. boneless pork roast
- Dijon mustard
- brown sugar
- 1/3 c. bourbon
- 2 onions
- 2 apples
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Cover roast with mustard, then brown sugar.

2Bake in oven until topping is brown; remove from oven.

3Flame bourbon; pour over roast.

4Cut up onions and apples; place around roast.

5Pour 1 cup beef bouillon over apples and onions.

6Bake at 325° for 25 minutes per pound.

7When done, add cream to juices, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.

8Pour over meat to serve.
