Ingredients
- 1 medium to large pork loin, cut into 1 to 2-inch cubes (depending on how much meat you need)
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic (fresh or processed)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Regina red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
Directions

1Combine and mix well the following:

2soy sauce, sugar, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and black pepper.

3Add cubed meat and toss well.

4Let marinate at least 8 hours in refrigerator, stirring (or shaking depending on container) 3 or 4 times so all meat gets marinated.

5Use wooden or metal skewers.

6Can alternate meat with fresh vegetables:

7onions, red/green/yellow peppers, squash, etc.

8Grill over hot coals until meat is tested done.
