  • 4 lb pork shoulder
  • 12 cup water
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 8 Dried California Chiles
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 3 can hominy (white or yellow or mixed)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 cube of pork boullion
  • 1 shredded cabbage
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 cilantro
  • 1 radishes
  • 1 lemons or limes

    Cut pork shoulder into fourths and add to a 6 or 8-quart soup pot.
