  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish, frozen pie shell
  • 6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. light cream or milk

    Place frozen pie shell on a baking sheet; do not prick. Bake in a 400° oven for 5 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Reduce temperature

    to 325°.

    Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pie shell; set aside.
