- 1 (9-inch) deep dish, frozen pie shell
- 6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. light cream or milk
Directions

1Place frozen pie shell on a baking sheet; do not prick. Bake in a 400° oven for 5 minutes.

2Remove from oven.

3Reduce temperature

4to 325°.

5Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pie shell; set aside.
