- 1 lb. lean pork, cubed
- seasoned flour
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fat or oil
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 3 medium carrots, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 c. frozen or canned peas
Directions

1Sprinkle meat with seasoned flour.

2Brown with onion.

3Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is almost tender.

4Add potatoes, carrots and celery.

5Cook for 20 to 30 minutes.

6Add peas during last 8 to 10 minutes of cooking. Makes 4 servings.
