- 500 grams Pork diced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
- 3 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Mixed Frozen Vegetables
- 2 tbsp Mild Mustard
- 4 tsp Cornflour (to thicken)
- 1 cup Sweet White Wine
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 large Onion diced
Directions

1Combine Sour Cream, Paprika, Pepper and Salt in a bowl.

2Heat large pan with olive oil, add diced pork and diced onions, fry until pork is light brown.

3Add Mustard and stir well.

4Stir in Sour Cream mixture.

5Cover with Stock and bring to boil.

6Add frozen vegetables.

7Add Cornflour and stir until nice and thickened (not to thick)

8Add Wine.

9Keep heat on high and keep on stirring for another 3-5 minutes.

10Serve with Rice or Noodles.
