- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can fried onion rings
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. herb stuffing
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions; save juice. Add melted margarine to stuffing mix.

2Place approximately 2/3 to broccoli in bottom of a casserole dish.

3Layer stuffing, mushroom soup, then onions.

4Add remaining broccoli on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Pour broccoli juice over.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until bubbly using a 9 x 9-inch dish.
