- 3 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup Bourbon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions

1Mix together last 4 ingredient.

2Pour over pork in heavy plastic zip lock bag.

3Refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

4Remove pork from marinade and place on rack of shallow roasting pan.

5Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F/71 degrees C.

6You can thicken marinade with some cornstarch -- it makes a delicious gravy.
