  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 salt
  • 1 olive oile
  • 1 cup pickles

    start to do a marinate with the wine the paprika the garlic the lemon juice and salt

    put the pork to marinate a minimum of 2H

    in a pan put the olive ouile with shoped onion and let them cook a little

    ad the pork let fry a little and ad the marinate let in minimum heat for 40M

    serve with the pickles on the top
