- 10 Okra
- 10 slice Sliced pork back ribs (pork loin)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake (optional)
Directions

1Wash the okra and remove the tops.

2Sprinkle the pork slices with salt and pepper.

3Wrap the okra with pork and then sprinkle with katakuriko.

4Heat oil in a pan and cook through Step 2.

5(Don't touch them often at first.)

6While cooking, combine the seasonings.

7Once the pork is cooked, soak up any excess oil with a paper towel and then pour in the ingredients.

8Once the pork is covered with the sauce, it's done!
