  • 10 Okra
  • 10 slice Sliced pork back ribs (pork loin)
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sake (optional)

Directions

    Wash the okra and remove the tops.

    Sprinkle the pork slices with salt and pepper.

    Wrap the okra with pork and then sprinkle with katakuriko.

    Heat oil in a pan and cook through Step 2.

    (Don't touch them often at first.)

    While cooking, combine the seasonings.

    Once the pork is cooked, soak up any excess oil with a paper towel and then pour in the ingredients.
